PROJECT OVERVIEW
The project consisted of installing a section of new watermain to the existing city watermain system. The project included boring a casing pipe under an existing county highway. New hydrants and valves were added to provide additional fire protection and provide easier servicing of the system. The installation of the watermain provided looping for the city which will improve flow, increase fire protection, and provide an alternative route for the water in case of watermain break.
